基于“双创型”商务英语人才培养探究

Research on the Cultivation of Business English Talents Based on Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

“双创型”人才是指重点培育学生创新精神与创新意识的教育模式,能够推动学生个性化的发展与综合素质水平的提高。新时期背景下,传统商务英语人才培养模式已经不能满足当前社会发展需求,为强化“双创型”商务英语人才质量,有必要对传统培养模式进行创新,通过优化人才培养模式,营造创新创业环境,强化高校师资队伍建设,实现“双创型”商务英语人才的有效培养。本文阐明了培养“双创型”商务英语人才的必要性,简述了当前创新创业教育模式,并从人才培养过程中存在的各类问题出发,提出了相应的优化策略,以达成“双创型”商务英语人才培养的目标。

"Double innovation"talents refers to an education model that focuses on cultivating students'innovative spirit and awareness,which can promote the development of students'individualization and the improvement of their overall quality.Under the background of the new era,the traditional business English talent training model can no longer meet the needs of current social development.In order to strengthen the quality of"double innovation"business English talents,it is necessary to innovate the traditional training model and create an innovative and entrepreneurial environment by optimizing the talent training model.Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of colleges and universities,and realize the effective training of"double creation"business English talents.This paper expounds the necessity of cultivating"double innovation"business English talents,briefl y describes the current mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from various problems existing in the process of talent cultivation,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating"double innovation"business English talents.
