摘要
在社会主义市场经济发展的大潮中,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,而人力资源作为企业经营的核心内容,在实现企业经营目标以及经济效益方面起着至关重要的作用。而应用型工商管理人才培养是人力资源的根本,为企业市场竞争力的增强奠定了坚实的人才基础。鉴于此,本文对应用型工商管理人才的培养作了进一步的阐述,重点从五个方面提出了应用型工商管理人才的培养策略。
In the tide of the development of the socialist market economy,competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and human resources,as the core content of business operations,play a vital role in achieving business goals and economic benefits.The training of application-oriented business management talents is the foundation of human resources,and has laid a solid talent foundation for the enhancement of corporate market competitiveness.In view of this,this article further elaborates the training of applied business management talents,focusing on fi ve aspects to put forward the training strategy of applied business management talents.
