大学生创业耐挫力递进式培育路径策略研究——基于创业失败后续服务视角

Research on the Progressive Cultivation Path Strategy of College Students'Entrepreneurial Frustration Tolerance——Based on the Perspective of Follow-up Service after Entrepreneurial Failure

创新创业教育是当前高校的一堂思政大课。耐挫力是创业者必备的基础素质之一,创业耐挫力对于创业成功率起着十分重要的作用,也直接影响着创业失败再学习的成效。大学生创业者是“大众创业,万众创新”的生力军,对大学生创业耐挫力水平进行调研发现,大学生创业耐挫力总体偏弱,且在性别、生源、专业等方面存在明显差异。从创业失败后续服务视角,对大学生创业受挫者的认知调整、行为训练、心理锤炼等方面运用心理学手段构建递进式创业耐挫力提升策略,帮助大学生培育和提升创业耐挫力,重塑创业信心。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a major ideological and political lesson in colleges and universities.Frustration endurance is one of the basic qualities necessary for entrepreneurs.Frustration endurance in entrepreneurship plays a very important role in the success rate of entrepreneurship and directly affects the effectiveness of learning after entrepreneurial failure.Undergraduate entrepreneurs are the new force of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation".Based on the survey of college students'entrepreneurial frustration tolerance,it is found that college students'entrepreneurial frustration tolerance is generally weak,and there are obvious differences in gender,source of students,major and so on.From the perspective of the follow-up service of entrepreneurial failure,this paper uses psychological means to build a progressive entrepreneurial resilience promotion strategy from the aspects of cognitive adjustment,behavior training and psychological tempering of college students'frustrated entrepreneurs,so as to help college students cultivate and enhance entrepreneurial resilience and rebuild entrepreneurial confi dence.
