生态文明建设战略下资源密集型中小企业转型策略研究——以四川、山西资源密集型中小企业为例

Research on the Transformation Strategy of Resource-intensive SMEs under the Strategy of Ecological Civilization Construction——Taking Sichuan and Shanxi Resource-intensive Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as Examples

随着国家把生态文明建设战略纳入社会主义现代化建设总体布局,并把生态文明建设提升到战略层次,“蓝天、碧水、净土”三大保卫战彻底打响,生态建设已经进入了新的历史发展时期。本文以四川、山西资源密集型中小企业为例,探讨上述政策对资源密集型中小企业的影响,提出资源密集型中小企业通过产业升级、机构调整、改变经营和管理方式等措施,实现企业转型升级。

As the country incorporates the strategy of ecological civilization construction into the overall layout of socialist modernization,and upgrades the construction of ecological civilization to a strategic level,the three major defense battles of"blue sky,clear water,and pure land"have been thoroughly launched,and ecological construction has entered a new historical development period.This article takes resource-intensive small and medium-sized enterprises in Sichuan and Shanxi as examples to explore the impact of the above policies on resource-intensive small and medium-sized enterprises,and proposes that resource-intensive small and medium-sized enterprises can achieve enterprise transformation and upgrading through industrial upgrading,institutional adjustments,and changes in operation and management methods.
