摘要
母公司运用权力以实现集团内部的协同发展,不同类型的母公司权力会通过子公司心理安全度对集团内的协同行为产生不同的影响,但现有文献对此缺乏深入探讨。将母公司权力分为强制性权力与非强制性权力两个维度,基于问卷数据研究发现,母公司非强制性权力与子公司心理安全正相关,而母公司强制性权力与子公司心理安全负相关;子公司心理安全正向影响集团内的协同行为;母公司非强制性权力和强制性权力对集团内协同行为分别具有正面促进和负向抑制作用,子公司心理安全在其中发挥了中介效应。
Parent company uses power on subsidiaries to promote the development of collaborative behavior within the business group. Different types of parent power have different influences on cooperative behavior through the psychological security degree of the subsidiary. The study divides the power of the parent company into two dimensions: compulsory power and non-compulsory power. Based on the questionnaire data, it is found that, the parent company’s non-coercive power can promote subsidiary’s psychological security, while the enforcement of the parent company’s coercive power is not conducive to the improvement of the subsidiary’s psychological security;subsidiary’s psychological security positively influences the cooperative behaviors within the business group;parent company’s non-compulsory power and compulsory power have positive and negative effects on cooperative behaviors within the business group, in which subsidiary’s psychological security plays a mediating effect.
