摘要
围绕“挑战性压力源如何对创新行为产生影响”这一问题,基于自我决定理论,假设任务重塑是连接挑战性压力源与创新行为的中介机制,进一步剖析政治技能的调节作用。通过分析两时点收集的244名大学生数据,研究发现:挑战性压力源正向影响个体创新行为,任务重塑在此过程中发挥部分中介作用;政治技能正向调节挑战性压力源与创新行为之间的关系,同时也正向调节任务重塑与创新行为之间的关系。
How does challenge stressors affect innovation behavior?Aiming at this problem,the study started from the perspective of self-determination theory and hypothesized that task crafting plays an intermediary mechanism that connects the challenge stressors with innovation behavior,and further analyzed the moderating role of political skills.Based on the collected 244 college students data at two time points,our research indicated that the challenge stressors had a significantly positive effect on the innovation behavior,task crafting played a partially mediating role between the two.Political skills positively moderated the relationship between challenging stressors and innovation behavior,as well as the relationship between task crafting and innovation behavior.
