劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神一体弘扬探析

An Analysis of the Integration of Model Worker Spirit,Labor Spirit and Craftsman Spirit

习近平总书记在2020年全国劳动模范与先进工作者表彰大会上强调大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神,首次将三个精神作为一个整体提出。通过探讨三个精神科学内涵,得出了三个精神的内在关联性,即劳动精神是劳模精神与工匠精神的产生前提、劳模精神和工匠精神是劳动精神的具体化和特殊化表现、劳动精神和劳模精神较工匠精神更具意识形态特点;一体弘扬三个精神是符合马克思劳动观的科学要求的、能够兼顾受众的普遍性与特殊性、是符合新时期经济社会发展要求的。三个精神以劳动精神为总,以劳模精神和工匠精神为分,能够激励广大工人阶级和劳动群众凝心聚力为社会主义现代化国家的建设而接续奋斗。

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized vigorously carrying forward the spirit of model workers,labor spirit and craftsman spirit at the 2020 National Model Worker and Advanced Worker Commendation Conference,putting forward the three spirits as a whole for the first time.By discussing the scientific connotation of the three spirits,the internal correlation of the three spirits is obtained,that is,the spirit of labor is the premise of the spirit of model workers and the spirit of craftsman,the spirit of model workers and the spirit of craftsman are the concrete and special expression of the spirit of labor,and the spirit of labor and the spirit of model workers have more ideological characteristics than the spirit of craftsman.To carry forward the three spirits in one body is in line with the scientific requirements of Marx's labor view,can give consideration to the universality and particularity of the audience,and is in line with the requirements of economic and social development in the new era.
