开放大学教师培训模式构建

Construction of Teacher Training Mode in the Open University of China

开放大学是以信息技术为支撑的新型大学,是遍布全国城乡的办学体系。国家开放大学办学体系的专、兼职教师达八万余人,如何建设如此庞大的教师队伍,如何提升开放大学教师的教学能力和水平,是亟待解决的重要问题。文章结合成人学习等相关理论,以教师培训为切入点,依托国家开放大学办学体系教师培训实践,力图构建开放大学教师培训的有效模式。

The Open University of China(OUC)is a new-style university supported by modern information technology.It is a school system covering urban and rural areas all over the country.There are more than 80,000 full-time and parttime teachers in the System Structure.How can we construct such large teaching staff?How topromote the teachers’ability and teaching level is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the relevant theories of adult learning andthecurrent situation of teacher training,this paper tries toconstruct an effective model of teacher training by relying on thepractice of teacher training.
