成人高校推进科研管理信息化的探索与思考

Promoting Research Management Informatization in Adult Colleges and Universities

国家相继出台了一系列推进教育信息化的政策和措施,在相关的文件中对教育信息化提出了明确的要求。成人高校作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,也面临着教育改革的重大转变,要不断提高科研管理工作水平,创新管理模式,推进科研管理信息化改革。成人高校科研信息化管理目前缺少独立的信息化管理系统,信息化水平不高,传统档案管理手段比较落后,科研管理队伍学习理念有待提高,科研管理队伍及科研人员信息化素养有待提升。根据以上科研管理现状,文章针对成人高校科研信息化管理工作策略提出几点思考:加强培训,提升科研人员的信息化能力;建设信息化科研管理系统;实现科研档案管理信息化;科研管理人员要树立终身学习的理念;加强培训,提升科研管理人员的信息化素养。

To promote education informatization,the Chinese government has successively issued a series of policies or put forward some clear requirements for education informatizationin the relevant documents.As an important part of China’s higher education system,adult colleges and universities are also facing great changes in education reform.They should constantly improve their level of research management,innovate their management mode and push forward the reform of research management informatization.At present,the E-science of adult colleges and universities lacks an independent information management system.The standard of informatization is nothigh,the traditional means of file management is relatively backward,and the learning concept and the informatization competency of the research management team also needs to be improved.According to the status quo of research management,this paper proposes some suggestions on the information-oriented research management in adult colleges and universities:strengthening staff training,improving their informatization ability,constructing an information-oriented research management system,and realizing the informatization of research management archives.In addition,the research management staff must establish the concept of lifelong learning,strengthen their training,and try to improve their informatization competency.
