According to the status quo of AFC revenue management system,the paper elaborates the hierarchy and business details of the revenue management system of the existing AFC system,and points out the important role of the existing management system in the subway operation.Based on the compatibility with the original revenue management mode,the paper puts forward a management system which takes the revenue of automatic ticket vending machine,booking office machine and other benefits as the core from the practical point of view.It gives a design idea for AFC to realize an efficient and convenient revenue management mode.
