摘要 该文从科研条件平台建设入手,配置领军人才和学术骨干开展前沿领域研究所需的仪器设备与设施,支撑生物及医学学科快速发展。生命学科发展实践证明,一流学科建设与技术支撑体系之间关系密切,互相促进、协同发展;一流的公共科研条件平台及其技术支撑体系是吸引和稳定一流师资、开展一流科研、培养一流人才的必要保障。 Starting from the construction of scientific research support platform, the equipment and facilities are allocated to leading academic professors to carry out research in frontier fields so as to support the rapid development of biology and medicine. The development practice of life sciences has proved that there is a close relationship between the construction of first-class disciplines and the technical support system, which promotes and develops in coordination with each other and the first-class public research support platform and its technical support system are the necessary guarantee for attracting and stabilizing first-class teachers, developing first-class scientific research and cultivating first-class talents.
