摘要
针对传统跟踪剪切机设计过程中经验依赖程度高、效率低下以及相关设备教学中手段单一、直观性差等一系列问题,提出一种跟踪剪切机参数化设计方法,基于SolidWorks软件,开发了具有自主知识产权的跟踪剪切机虚拟仿真设计系统,并在行业生产和专业教学中进行了成功应用。结果表明:开发的虚拟仿真设计系统能够实现跟踪剪切机零部件的快速参数化设计,大幅提高了设计效率,而且设计环境直观、自由度大,对提升学生的计算机辅助设计和工程创新能力具有良好作用。
In view of a series of problems in the design process of traditional tracking shearing machines, such as high dependence on experience, low efficiency, single means and poor visualization in the teaching of related equipment, a parametric design method of the tracking shearing machine is proposed. Based on SolidWorks software, a virtual simulation design system of tracking shearing machine with independent intellectual property rights is developed and successfully applied in industrial production and professional teaching. The results show that the developed virtual simulation design system can realize the rapid parametric design of tracking shearing parts, greatly improve the design efficiency, and the design environment is intuitive and has a large degree of freedom, which has a good effect on improving students’ computer-aided design and engineering innovation ability.
