新工科背景下我国高职院校大数据技术与应用专业人才培养研究 被引量:16

摘要 我国高职院校大数据技术与应用专业建设尚处摸索阶段,岗位设置、课程体系、师资结构、实践平台等各方面均需不断完善,而新工科建设对大数据人才培养提出了更高的要求。该文基于高职教育类型,以"双高计划"为指导方针,构建专业与产业、岗位与课程、课程与认证三融合的人才培养方案,打造工学结合理实一体的专业技能培养及创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力培养两主线,组建一支"专业+产业""虚拟+现实"相结合的混编智能教师队伍,创建一个服务于各主流专业、助力学校发展的大数据公共服务平台。最终形成基于"3211"模式的高职大数据技术与应用专业建设方案,供高职院校大数据技术与应用专业建设参考借鉴。 The construction of big data technology and application specialty in China’s higher vocational colleges is still in the exploratory stage, and the post setting, curriculum system, teacher structure, practice platform, etc., need to be continuously improved, while the construction of new engineering has put forward higher requirements for big data talent training. Based on the types of higher vocational education and the "Double high plans" as the guiding principle, this paper constructs a talent training scheme of the integration of specialty and industry, post and curriculum, curriculum and certification, builds the professional skills training and innovative spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative entrepreneurial ability training of work study integration of theory and practice, sets up a mixed intelligent teacher team with the combination of "Specialty+industry" and "Virtuality+reality", and creates a big data public service platform to serve the mainstream specialties and help the development of the college. Finally, the construction scheme of big data technology and application specialty based on "3211" model is formed, which can be used as a reference for the construction of such specialty in higher vocational colleges.
