Research of construction and management on experimental consumables procurement information platform

通过调研国内高校实验耗材采购系统的发展特征和运行模式,建设了浙江大学实验耗材采购系统。经运行管理实践表明,以实验室安全管理系统和化学品全程管理平台为基础、对接财务系统,建设"管理+服务"的实验耗材采购系统,实现了集请购、审批、集中结算、内控及安全管理为一体的综合性功能,是一种高校管理和服务手段的重要延伸,提高了工作效率。

Based on the investigation of the development characteristics and operation mode of the experimental consumables procurement system in domestic universities, the experimental consumables purchasing system of Zhejiang University is constructed. The operation and management practice shows that, based on the laboratory safety management system and the chemical whole process management platform, the "Management plus service" experimental consumables procurement system is built, which realizes the comprehensive functions of requisition, approval, centralized settlement, internal control and safety management. It is an important extension of university management and service means, which has improved the work efficiency.
