摘要
高效合理的管理模式对于提高大型仪器使用效率和开放程度至关重要。该文提出以大型精密仪器工作状态下消耗的人力时间,与其对应状态下仪器运行机时的比值作为依据,创建新型"多人交叉管理、多专多能"的大型仪器管理模式。实现仪器的高效运行和高度开放共享,为学院全面育人和后备技术人才储备做出了重要贡献。这一管理模式对高校大型仪器的运行管理有借鉴意义。
Efficient and reasonable management mode is very important to improve the efficiency and openness of large-scale instruments. In this paper, a new management mode of large-scale instruments is proposed, which is based on the ratio of the labor time consumed in the working state of large-scale precision instruments to the machine time consumed in the corresponding state. It has realized the efficient operation and highly open sharing of the instruments and made an important contribution to the university comprehensive education and reserve of technical talents. This management mode can be used for reference in the operation and management of large-scale instruments in colleges and universities.
