面向舒适度评价的正装鞋跖围截面有限元分析 被引量:2

Finite Element Analysis of Metatarsal Cross Section of Formal Shoes for Comfort Evaluation

摘要 围绕鞋类舒适度感知量化及舒适度评价的问题,选取了由大量试穿经验证明舒适的鞋楦,作为舒适度标准样本,另选取同号同型,舒适度低的男士正装鞋鞋楦,进行对照试验。构建鞋楦跖围所在区域足部截面几何模型并获取跖围足底压力数据,通过有限元软件对静止站立状态下足部跖围受力与变形状况进行模拟测试,得到了相对的应力数据曲线和位移数据曲线。同时,试验数据结果是对主观舒适度评价的量化表达。将鞋类舒适度的主观因素同实验数据结果相结合,选取舒适鞋品软组织表面Von Mises X-Y峰值平均值为评价标准做出了鞋舒适性分析,结论得出,舒适度受到楦底突度、楦面曲率、轴线位置的综合影响,并且舒适的鞋楦对足部跖围横断面有相似的应力应变表现。本研究结果为鞋类舒适度的评价提供一定的参考,为舒适鞋品的生产开发提供借鉴。 To quantify the perception and evaluation of shoe comfort,we selected a shoe tree owing a large number of fitting experiences,as the comfort standard.In the control group,another selection of the same size with the same model,low comfort of the men dress shoes last.The geometric model of foot section in the area where the last plantar circumference is located is constructed and the data of plantar circumference and plantar pressure is obtained.By means of finite element software simulation,we tested the stress and deformation of the metatarsal area under the standing state of rest,and obtained the relative stress data curve and displacement data curve.At the same time,the experimental data result is a quantitative expression of subjective comfort evaluation.By combining subjective factors of shoe comfort with the results of experimental data,We selected the mean value of Von Mises X-Y peak value of soft tissue surface of comfortable shoes,as the evaluation criteria to conduct the shoe comfort analysis.Conclusion:The comfort degree is influenced by the last bottom Protruding height,curvature of the last surface and axis position.The comfortable shoe trees has similar stress and strain performance on the cross section of foot metatarsal girth.The results of this study provide some reference for the evaluation of shoe comfort,and provide reference for the production and development of comfortable shoes.
