摘要
针对浙江某市域铁路项目地下车站,阐述了水冷式空调系统的具体实施方案,并与常规空调方案的能耗和土建投资进行了对比分析。通过工程案例对比,发现水冷式空调方案能耗高于常规空调方案,分析得出其能耗较高的直接原因是由于系统内设备累计制冷富裕量系数远高于常规空调方案。通过案例机房面积的对比,并依据项目的主体建筑概算指标,估算了较常规空调方案可节约的土建投资。根据工程案例对比得到的电功率比较结果估算了水冷空调方案较常规空调方案每年运行需增加的费用。综合土建、设备投资及运行增加费用的估算结果,计算了特许经营期内项目建设期起点节约的初投资。
For the underground station of a municipal railway project in Zhejiang,the specific implementation plan of the water-cooled air-conditioning system is described,and the energy consumption and civil investment of the conventional air-conditioning plan are compared and analyzed.Through comparison of engineering cases,it is found that the energy consumption of water-cooled air-conditioning schemes is higher than that of conventional air-conditioning schemes.The direct reason for the higher energy consumption is that the accumulated refrigeration richness coefficient of equipment in the system is much higher than that of conventional air-conditioning schemes.Based on the comparison of the case room area and the estimated main building construction indicators,the civil construction investment that can be saved compared with the conventional air-conditioning scheme is estimated.Based on the comparison of the electric power obtained from the comparison of engineering cases,it is estimated that the annual cost of the water-cooled air-conditioning scheme compared with the conventional air-conditioning scheme will increase.Based on the estimation results of civil construction investment,equipment investment and operation increase costs,the initial investment saved during the construction period of the project during the concession period was calculated.
