基于CiteSpace可视化分析的干燥综合征研究进展及热点预测 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析干燥综合征近十年的研究进展并探索前沿热点。方法检索科学引文索引数据库(Science Citation Index-Expanded,SCIE)中近十年干燥综合征的记录,并应用CiteSpace对检索记录进行可视化分析。以文献共被引情况、关键词共现和聚类后的活跃度等方面为视角对干燥综合征知识领域进行发掘,探索研究动态。结果位居前五的高频关键词依次为干燥综合征、系统性红斑狼疮、自身免疫性疾病、自身免疫、唾液腺,并形成6个有效聚类;高被引文献的研究内容主要集中在原发性干燥综合征的分类标准、疾病活动度评分指标、淋巴瘤、利妥昔单抗治疗及系统综述;关键词热点预测为腮腺、生物标志物、抑郁、共病和分类标准。结论对干燥综合征的研究正处于萌芽阶段,实现早期诊断和对病情整体的评估仍是未来几年干燥综合征研究的热点和重点。 Objective To analyze the research progress of Sjogren’s syndrome in recent ten years and explore the hot spot.Methods The records of Sjogren’s syndrome in Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE) in the past ten years were searched,and CiteSpace was used to analyze the records visually.The knowledge field of Sjogren’s syndrome was explored from the perspective of literature citation,keyword co-occurrence and clustering activity,and research trends were explored.Results The top five high-frequency key words were Sjogren’s syndrome,systemic lupus erythematosus,autoimmune disease,autoimmunity,salivary gland,and form six effective clusters;the research contents of highly cited literature mainly focused on the classification criteria of primary Sjogren’s syndrome,disease activity score index,lymphoma,rituximab treatment and system review;hot spot of key words were parotid gland,biomarker,depression,comorbidity and classification criteria.Conclusion The study of Sjogren’s syndrome is in its infancy.Early diagnosis and overall assessment of Sjogren’s syndrome are still the focus of research in the next few years.
