发酵苹果渣对肉兔生长性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Fermented Apple Pomace on Growth Performance of Meat Rabbit

摘要 本试验以肉兔为研究对象,探讨日粮中添加一定含量的发酵苹果渣对其生长性能的影响。试验选择30日龄、体重相近、健康的断奶肉兔40只,按照随机分组原则分成4组,每组10只兔。各组试验肉兔依次饲喂含0%(对照组)、10%(试验1组)、20%(试验2组)、30%(试验3组)发酵苹果渣日粮。试验预试期7 d,正式试验周期为30 d。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组的肉兔平均日增重显著提高11.97%和18.79%(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组的肉兔料重比比对照组显著降低7.61%和12.11%(P<0.05);各组间的肉兔试验末重和平均日采食量未产生显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组肉兔的腹泻率显著降低16.10%(P<0.05)。综上所述,在肉兔日粮中添加发酵苹果渣可以显著提高肉兔的生长性能,并降低腹泻率,最适添加比例可达到30%。 In this experiment, meat rabbits were used as the research object to explore the effect of adding a certainamount of fermented apple pomace in the diet on its growth performance. For the experiment, 40 healthy, 30-day-old weaned rabbits with similar body weight were selected and divided into 4 groups according to the principle of ran-domization, with 10 rabbits in each group. The test rabbits in each group were fed with 0%(control group), 10%(test 1 group), 20%(test 2 group), and 30%(test 3 group) fermented apple pomace diets in sequence. The pre-test periodis 7 days, and the formal test period is 30 days. The test results showed that: compared with the control group, the av-erage daily gain of the meat rabbits in the test 2 and test 3 groups was significantly increased by 11.97% and 18.79%(P<0.05), the feed-to-weight ratio of the meat rabbits in the test 2 and test 3 groups. The control group significantlydecreased by 7.61% and 12.11%(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the meat rabbit test weight and aver-age daily feed intake between the groups(P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the diarrhea rate of the meatrabbits in the test 2 group was significantly reduced by 16.10%(P<0.05). In summary, the addition of fermented ap-ple pomace in the meat rabbit diet can significantly improve the growth performance of meat rabbits and reduce therate of diarrhea, and the optimal addition ratio can reach 30%.
