P波离散度及QT间期离散度与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性 被引量:2

The relationship between P wave dispersion,QTc dispersion and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病与P波离散度及QT间期离散度之间的关系。方法选择从2017年1月至2019年12月符合妊娠期高血压疾病诊断的患者213例,设为妊娠期高血压疾病组(HDCP组),健康产妇248名为对照组,比较两组间基本资料、P波离散度、心率校正的QT间期(QTc)离散度,并进行二分类logistic回归分析。结果HDCP组P波最小时间[(78.59±9.32)比(94.61±7.03)ms]、QTc最小时间[(384.65±21.69)比(401.91±15.49)ms]低于对照组,P波离散度[(42.75±9.94)比(14.91±4.03)ms]、QTc离散度[(57.15±16.10)比(21.42±6.07)ms]、P波最大时间[(121.34±7.22)比(112.53±6.43)ms]、QTc最大时间[(441.80±25.42)比(429.74±27.83)ms]高于对照组(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,P波离散度(OR=1.795,95%CI 1.266~2.546)、QTc最小时间(OR=0.905,95%CI 0.833~0.983)和QTc离散度(OR=1.216,95%CI 1.042~1.420)对妊娠期高血压疾病有影响。结论P波离散度及QTc离散度与妊娠期高血压疾病有一定相关性。 Objective To analyze the relationship between pregnancy induced hypertension and P wave dispersion and QTc interval dispersion.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,213 pregnant women who met the diagnosis of pregnancy induced hypertension were selected as the group of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP),and 248 healthy pregnant women as control group.The basic data,P-wave dispersion,QTc dispersion were compared between the two groups,and binary logistic regression analysis was performed.Results The minimum time of P wave[(78.59±9.32)vs(94.61±7.03)ms]and the minimum time of QTc[(384.65±21.69)vs(401.91±15.49)ms]in HDCP group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The dispersion of P wave[(42.75±9.94)vs(14.91±4.03)ms],QTc[(57.15±16.10)vs(21.42±6.07)ms],the maximum time of P wave[(121.34±7.22)vs(112.53±6.43)ms]and the maximum time of QTc[(441.80±25.42)vs(429.74±27.83)ms]in HDCP group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that P wave dispersion(OR=1.795,95%CI 1.266-2.546),QTc minimum time(OR=0.905,95%CI 0.833-0.983)and QTc dispersion(OR=1.216,95%CI 1.042-1.420)were correlated with HDCP.Conclusion P-wave dispersion and QTc dispersion are related to pregnancy induced hypertension.
