腹针电刺激配合威伐光治疗膝关节骨性关节炎 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察腹针电刺激配合威伐光治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法200例KOA患者按就诊顺序分为对照组(常规针刺治疗)和治疗组(在常规针刺的基础上加腹针电刺激配合威伐光治疗)。记录并比较两组患者骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分。结果治疗前两组患者WOMAC评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗2周后WOMAC评分,对照组较治疗前未见显著变化(P>0.05),治疗组较治疗前有显著变化(P<0.05);4周后两组患者WOMAC评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组评分更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论常规针刺及腹针电刺激配合威伐光治疗KOA均有疗效,但腹针电针刺激配合威伐光治疗KOA显效快,疗效明显优于常规针刺。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture electrical stimulation combined with weivaguang in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Two hundred patients with koa were divided into control group(routine acupuncture treatment)and treatment group(abdominal Electroacupuncture plus combined with weivaguang therapy on the basis of conventional acupuncture).The score of WOMAC was recorded and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in WOMAC score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,WOMAC score in the control group had no significant change compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),while that in the treatment group had significant change(P<0.05).After 4 weeks,WOMAC score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of reatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both conventional tacupuncture and abdominal electric stimulation combined with weivaguang have curative effect on koa,but abdominal electroacupuncture combined with weivaguang is effective,and the curative effect is obviously better than that of conventional acupuncture.
