高压断路器用支柱瓷套管特性研究

Characteristics of Pillar Porcelain Bushing for High Voltage Circuit Breaker

以断路器支柱瓷套管为研究对象,根据电场分析理论以及所受组合载荷理论,对支柱瓷套管进行结构设计并建立三维仿真模型。通过仿真分析得出支柱瓷套管在组合工况作用下的应力变形情况以及空气域的电场分布。然后通过拉力试验测量支柱瓷套管在不同端子拉力状态下的偏移量,同时将其配置在断路器上进行绝缘试验验证。通过仿真分析和绝缘试验测试可知,文中设计的支柱瓷套管结构合理,机械特性和绝缘特性满足要求,为后续支柱绝缘子的结构设计奠定理论基础。

Taking the post porcelain bushing of circuit breaker as the research object,according to the electric field analysis theory and the combined load theory,the structure design and three-dimensional simulation model of the post porcelain bushing are established. Through simulation analysis,the stress and deformation of post porcelain bushing under combined working conditions and the electric field distribution in air region are obtained. Then,the offset of post porcelain bushing under different terminal tension conditions is measured by tensile test,and the bushing is configured on the circuit breaker for insulation test verification. Through the simulation analysis and insulation test,it can be seen that the structure of the post insulator designed is reasonable,and the mechanical and insulation characteristics meet the requirements,which lays a theoretical foundation for the structural design of the post insulator.
