摘要
为研究电力变压器渗漏油缺陷事故成因,降低变压器事故概率,提升电网运行可靠性,笔者针对变电站巡视过程中发现的一起220 kV变压器套管渗油故障,利用停电检查、电气和油化试验,逐步分析寻找故障原因,发现将军帽上盖内嵌O型密封圈明显破损是导致变压器套管渗油故障的主要成因,并针对此故障进行了处理,同时提出了相应的建议措施,研究结果对该类主变套管渗油事故预防与处理具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to study the cause of oil leakage defects in power transformers,educe the probability of transformer failures,and improve the reliability of power system,the author aimed at a 220 kV transformer bushing oil leakage failure discovered during the inspection of the substation,then analyzed the cause of the failure,found that the obvious damages on the O-ring embedded in the upper cover of the general cap was the main cause of the oil leakage-fault,and deal with this failure. The research results have certain reference significance for the prevention and treatment of the oil leakage-fault in this type of transformer.
