碳素回转窑配风系统的优化及应用

Optimization and application of air distribution system for carbon rotary kiln

摘要 在不改变回转窑下料量及燃气量条件下,通过优化窑内一次风及二次风的风量开度来探究回转窑内配风系统对窑内各点温度的变化情况,结果表明,T1、T2温度点主要受一次风影响,T3、T4、T5受二次风影响较大,T4温度点随着二次风量开度的提升温度开始提升,当风量开度提升至40%时,T4温度下降,说明空气量在T4点已经过量. T5温度随着二次风量的提升温度开始提升,当风量提升至40%、50%时,T5温度上升缓慢,通过实验综合判定二次风开度为35%时风量为最佳。 Under the condition of not changing the feed rate and gas volume of the rotary kiln,the air distribution system in the rotary kiln changes the temperature of each point in the kiln by optimizing the air volume opening of the primary air and secondary air in the kiln.The results show that T1 and T2 temperature points are mainly affected by primary air,while T3,T4 and T5 are greatly affected by secondary air.The temperature of T4 starts to increase with the increase of secondary air opening.When the opening of air volume increases to 40%,the temperature of T4 decreases,indicating that the air volume at T4 point has been excessive.T5 temperature increases with the increase of secondary air volume.When the air volume increases to 40%and 50%,T5 temperature rises slowly.The best air flow rate is determined by comprehensive experiments when the secondary air opening is 35%.
