春秋兼用雄蚕品种镇781×红平6的育成

摘要 为适应市场对细纤度蚕丝的需求,以健康性较强的限性斑纹品种2033为母本,中细纤度的多丝量品种781为父本,定向转育成限性斑纹品种镇781;以性连锁平衡致死系红平2为供体,含多化性血缘的细纤度品种7532为受体,采用雌回交法育成红平6。两者组配成雄蚕品种镇781×红平6,其雄蚕率达98%以上,与对照品种菁松×皓月相比,实验室鉴定的龄期经过减少约1 d,虫蛹率(91.00%)、茧层率(25.68%)、茧丝长(1352.97 m)和干茧出丝率(43.93%)分别增加3.77百分点、4.00百分点、26.04%和6.33百分点,茧丝纤度(2.43 dtex)细16.54%,净度(95.85分)提高1.52%;农村鉴定的龄期经过缩短约0.5 d,虫蛹率94.30%、全茧量1.63 g、茧层率25.91%、茧丝长1371.5 m、茧丝纤度2.54 dtex、净度95.3分。镇781×红平6是一对健康好养、产丝量高、茧丝纤度细和茧丝质量好的雄蚕品种,适合在云南蚕区春秋期推广饲养,可生产用于缫制高品位生丝的原料茧。 To meet the demand for fine sized silk in the market, healthy sex-limited marking variety 2033 was chosen as the female parent, and 781, the hypersilkgeneous variety with medium-fine sized silk, was chosen as the male parent for directional breeding of the sex-limited marking variety Zhen 781. Meanwhile, sex-linked balanced lethal silkworm line Hongping 2 was taken as the donor, and polyvoltine variety 7532 with fine sized silk was taken as the acceptor to breed Hongping 6 by female backcrossing. Male hybrid combination Zhen 781×Hongping 6 were bred by Zhen 781 and Hongping 6, and its male silkworm rate was over 98%. Compared with the control variety Jingsong×Haoyue, duration of all instars in laboratory was reduced by about 1 d, larva-pupa rate(91.00%), cocoon shell rate(25.68%), cocoon filament length(1 352.97 m) and raw silk rate of dried cocoons(43.93%) increased by 3.77 percentage points, 4.00 percentage points, 26.04% and 6.33 percentage points, respectively. Besides, cocoon filament size(2.43 dtex) decreased by 16.54% and neatness(95.85 points) increased by 1.52%. According to rural identification, duration of all instars was shortened by about 0.5 d, larva-pupa rate was 94.30%, cocoon weight was 1.63 g, cocoon shell rate was 25.91%, cocoon filament length was 1 371.5 m, cocoon filament size was 2.54 dtex, and neatness was 95.3 points. Therefore, it is a pair of male silkworm varieties which are healthy, easy to raise, with high silk yield, fine silk size and good cocoon quality. They are suitable for popularization and rearing in Yunnan in spring and autumn, and can be used to produce raw cocoon for the production of high-quality raw silk.
