摘要 终身学习是当代社会的重要特征,教师在培养学生终身学习能力,构建学习型社会的过程中应起到领头羊的作用。教师教学核心素养是决定教师教育教学效能的基本因素,是影响学生转变学习方式的重要因素。为进一步加强教师队伍建设,促进青年教师专业化发展,全面提升龙山区青年教师教学核心素养,提高教育教学能力,笔者及团队开展了"龙山区提升青年教师教学核心素养工程"课题研究,经过两年来多元教研的持续打造,区内青年教师教学核心素养有很大提升。 Lifelong learning is an important feature of contemporary society.Teachers should play a leading role in cultivating students’lifelong learning ability and building a learning society.The teacher’s teaching core quality is the basic factor which decides the teacher’s teaching efficiency,and is the important factor which affects the student to change the study way.In order to further strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,promote the professional development of young teachers,comprehensively enhance the core teaching qualities of young teachers in Longshan district,and improve their educational and teaching abilities,we carried out a study on the project entitled"enhancing the Teaching Core Literacy of young teachers in Longshan District".The core teaching literacy of young teachers in the region has been greatly enhanced after two years of continuous efforts in multi-disciplinary teaching and research.
