摘要
服务设计是一种设计思维方式,一种系统化的应用理论,为人与人创造与改善服务体验。教学服务的本质是被服务者与服务者的互动,而设计的本质是设想与计划,两者的结合即以课程为媒介,设计规划课程内容和形式的触点、与学生之间的交互行为,以学生体验为中心,提供被服务者与服务者双方满意的服务设计,从而提高被服务者的体验,创造价值。本文运用服务设计的理论和思维方式,解决应用型本科教学服务中存在的问题,以期实现各利益相关者满意的教学服务。
Service design is a design way of thinking and systematic applied theory, which creates and improves the individual service experience. The essence of teaching service is the interaction between the serviced and the servers, while the essence of design is imagine and plan, the combination of the two takes the course as the medium, designing the touchpoints of the course contents and interaction with students;and the combination takes the student as the core, providing the serviced and the servers the satisfied service design to improve the experience of the serviced and creating values. The paper is aimed to achieve the satisfied teaching service for all stakeholders, applying service design theory and thinking mode to solve the problems existing in application-oriented undergraduate teaching service.
