摘要
为了保障地热资源的合理可持续利用,需要开展地热资源环境承载力评价,达到不超量开采,不超标排放。在综合分析的基础上,建立了地热资源环境承载力评价系统和地热资源环境承载力评价指标体系。提出在地热资源环境承载力评价中,地热资源条件是决定性因素,环境影响作用是制约因素,社会经济技术条件是调节作用。将地热资源环境承载力梳理为3大类指标,其中包括7小类,12种地质要素,26项指标。按照科学性、差异性、动态性和可行性的原则,制定分级标准。最终提出地热资源环境承载力评价的分级标准,承载力低,需控制性开发地热;承载力中等,可适度开发地热资源;承载力高,可鼓励开发地热资源。
In order to ensure the rational and sustainable utilization of geothermal resources,it is necessary to carry out evaluation of the environmental carrying capacity of geothermal resources,so as to avoid excessively over-standard exploitation and discharge.An evaluation system and an evaluation index system of geothermal resources environmental carrying capacity are established based on comprehensive analysis.In the evaluation,the condition of geothermal resources is the decisive factor,the influence of the environment is the restrictive factor,and the economic and technological conditions are the regulating factors.The environmental carrying capacity of geothermal resources is classified into three categories,7 sub-classes,12 geological elements and 26 indexes.Based on scientific,differential,dynamic and feasible principles,the classification standard is formulated and put forward.With low bearing capacity,geothermal development should be controlled;with medium bearing capacity,moderate development can be carried out and with high bearing capacity,the exploitation of geothermal resources should be encouraged.
