溶剂脱沥青装置原仪表采用二次盘装仪表控制,仪表完好率、自控率、平稳率仅97%、90%、95%,通过DCS改造更新为DeltaV中文控制系统,仪表完好率、自控率、平稳率分别提高至99.5%、99.7%、97.2%。
