摘要
变矩器是一类技术含量高的传动产品,实际工作中在车削加工变矩器泵轮分总成时易出现外圆圆度、形位公差不满足要求的现象。通过分析泵轮分总成车削加工工艺要求并对比三爪卡盘、弹性薄壁夹盘两种车夹具方案,认为后者能有效地解决问题。介绍弹性薄壁夹盘工作原理,描述HY218泵轮分总成弹性薄壁夹盘设计过程及设计要点,并对其应用结果分析评价,最后得出使用弹性薄壁夹盘适合加工泵轮分总成的结论。
Torque converter is a kind of transmission product with high technical content.In actual work,when turning the torque converter pump wheel sub-assembly,it is easy to have the phenomenon that the outer roundness and shape tolerance do not meet the requirements.This paper analyzes the turning process requirements of the pump wheel sub-assembly and compares the three-jaw chuck and the elastic thin-walled chuck.It is believed that the latter can effectively solve the problem,and then briefly introduces the working principle and key points of the elastic thin-walled chuck.The design process and design points of the elastic thin-walled chuck of the HY218 pump wheel sub-assembly are described in detail,and the application results are analyzed and evaluated.Finally,the conclusion that the use of the elastic thin-walled chuck is suitable for processing the pump wheel sub-assembly is drawn.
