摘要 焊接过程中会产生焊接残余应力,SmartSite RS型应力仪检测焊接残余应力的研究相对较少。SmartSite RS型应力仪对不同热输入下16 MnDR焊接接头残余应力进行检测,研究焊接热输入对残余应力的影响,指导该型设备应用于实际生产,具有重要意义。 Welding residual stress will be generated in the welding process.There are relatively few researches on the detection of welding residual stress by SmartSite RS type stress meter.The SmartSite RS type stress meter detects the residual stress of 16 MnDR welded joints under different heat input,studies the influence of welding heat input on the residual stress and guides the application of this type of equipment in actual production,which is of great significance.
