广州地铁六号线消防泵组超时运行自动监测装置优化方案

摘要 以广州地铁六号线黄陂站消防水泵系统作为研究对象,针对现有消防水泵报警信息不够直观的难题,提出一个引入声光报警强提醒装置的优化方案,实现车站控制室综合后备盘设备运行超时报警及一键复位功能。同时,通过软件实现泵组超时故障自动巡查功能,提醒现场车站人员、OCC调度人员予以关注并及时安排处理,对后续地铁新线建设过程中同类设备的设计要求、功能需求以及验收等具有一定的指导意义。 This article takes the fire water pump system of Huangpi Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 6 as the research object.Aiming at the problem that the alarm information of the existing fire water pump is not intuitive,it proposes an optimized scheme that introduces the sound and light alarm strong reminder device to realize the comprehensive backup panel of the station control room(Hereinafter referred to as IBP disk)The equipment runs overtime alarm and one-key reset function.At the same time,the automatic inspection function of the pump unit overtime fault is realized through the software,reminding the on-site station personnel and OCC dispatchers to pay attention and arrange the treatment in time,and have certain requirements for the design requirements,functional requirements and acceptance of similar equipment in the subsequent construction of the new subway line.Guiding significance.
