摘要
近些年,在我国社会经济稳定发展的过程中,城市化的进程也逐步加快,人们的生活以及生产过程中对电力能源的使用需求量逐渐增加,使用要求也不断提高。因此,需要注重对火电厂电力稳定运行的研究。在火电厂运行过程中,热工控制系统是整个火电厂中的重要技术,它可以保证设备运行的安全与稳定,为整个电力能源的生产奠定良好的基础。但是在火电厂热工控制系统应用过程中仍然会由于一些不确定的因素导致整个系统运行故障和安全问题的发生。因此,需要结合具体的问题情况采取针对性的解决措施,保证整个热工控制系统的使用安全和效率。主要针对火电厂热工控制系统展开相应的研究,结合整个系统在使用过程中存在的问题,例如:缺少严密性、设备元件技术质量较低、运维人员整体素质不高等情况,结合这些问题采取针对性的解决方案,保证设备元件的技术质量人员操作水平以及自动化建设能力的提升,实现火电厂热工控制系统的稳定和安全。
In recent years,the process of urbanization is also accelerating in the process of stable development of social economy in China,and the demand for electricity energy is increasing gradually in the process of life and production.So that the use of requirements are also constantly improving.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the research on the stable operation of thermal power plants.The thermal control system is an important technology in the whole thermal power plant during the operation of the thermal power plant.It can ensure the safety and stability of the equipment operation and lay a good foundation for the production of the whole power energy.However,in the application of thermal control system in thermal power plant,the whole system operation failure and safety problems will still occur due to some uncertain factors.Therefore,it is necessary to take targeted measures to ensure the safety and efficiency of the whole thermal control system.This paper mainly aims at the thermal control system of thermal power plant to carry out the corresponding research,combined with the problems existing in the whole system,such as lack of tightness,low technical quality of equipment components,low overall quality of operation and maintenance personnel and so on.
