在当前这个更加不稳定性不确定性的环境下,中国经济的安全在产业、贸易、技术、金融和资源等领域受到了诸多威胁。因而,必须精准识别中国经济安全的风险来源点,客观评估保障中国经济安全面临的约束条件。在此基础上,坚持习近平总体国家安全观,统筹发展和安全,发展国内贸易,构建中国经济安全保障的国内循环体系,将各种风险挑战转化为中国经济高质量发展的倒逼机制,是健全中国经济安全保障体系的根本所在。

In the current environment of increasing instability and uncertainty,China’s economic security has been threatened in the fields of industry,trade,technology,finance and resources.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately identify the sources of risks to China’s economic security and objectively assess the constraints facing China’s economic security.On this basis,adhering to Xi Jinping’s overall national security outlook,balancing development and security,developing domestic trade,building a domestic circular system for China’s economic security,and transforming various risk challenges into a reverse mechanism for China’s high-quality economic development are fundamental to improving China’s economic security system.
