摘要
话语制度主义,顺应西方政治科学的"观念转向",把历史制度主义、社会学制度主义和理性选择制度主义所探讨的能动力(行动)和结构(规则)问题进行"话语转换",重新界定"观念"、"话语"、"制度"、"能动力"等核心概念及其相互关系,力图把它确立为第四种新制度主义。话语制度主义的论题和框架被一些论者从本体论和认识论上加以解读,并分别从话语理论、建构主义和后结构主义来进行分析和澄清。虽然话语制度主义没有被贴上"治理哲学"的标签,它的基本概念、分析方法和理论逻辑,实质上演绎了一种治理哲学。
Conforming to the"ideational turn"of Western political science,discursive institutionalism is a"discursive transformation"of agency(action)and structure(rules)discussed by historical institutionalism,sociological institutionalism and rational institutionalism.It redefines the core concepts,such as"idea","discourse","institution",and"agency",so as to establish the Fourth"New Institutionalism".The theoretical framework of discursive institutionalism is interpreted as being ontological and epistemological,and is analyzed and clarified by using the logic of discourse theory,constructivism and post-structuralism.Discursive institutionalism is not labeled as so,but could be proposed as a philosophy of governance,because of its fundamental concept,analytical method,and theoretical logic.
