摘要 近年来,城市轨道交通在我国各大城市迅猛发展,风亭作为轨道交通地下车站的重要环控设施对外长期辐射低频噪声,造成居民噪声投诉时有发生。基于此,本文在结合目前轨道交通常用片式消声器与阵列式消声器结构特性的基础上,研究设计出一种新型消声器,并且通过有限元模型仿真及实验室测试等手段与传统阵列式消声器进行了对比研究。研究结果表明:在保证消声器截面占比相同的情况下,新型消声器较阵列式消声器在各频率下的消声效果可提升2 dB~4 dB,且在空气动力性能方面基本保持一致。新型消声器具有消声单元模块化、样式简洁美观、成本较低等优点,能够较好地适应城市轨道交通地下车站的现实需求。 In recent years,urban rail transit has been developing rapidly in all major cities in China.As an important environmental control facility for underground rail stations,the wind pavilion radiates low frequency noise to the outside for a long time.Noise complaints from residents occur.In this paper,on the basis of combining the structural characteristics of sheet mufflers and array mufflers commonly used in rail transportation,a new type of muffler is researched and designed.A comparative study with conventional array mufflers was carried out by means of finite element model simulations and laboratory tests.The results of the study show that,with the same percentage of muffler cross-section,the new muffler can improve the muffling effect by about 2 dB-4 dB at all frequencies compared to the array muffler,and the aerodynamic performance remains basically the same.The new muffler has the advantages of modularity of the muffling unit,simple and beautiful style and low cost,which can better adapt to the realistic needs of underground stations of urban rail transportation.
