摘要
无缝伸缩缝作为一种新型的桥梁伸缩缝,因其良好的整体性和行车舒适性而受到了越来越多的关注。无缝伸缩缝的性能与使用的胶结料密切相关,为满足伸缩量方面的要求,无缝伸缩缝沥青混凝土沥青用量比普通沥青混凝土要大很多,所以沥青胶结料高温下的稳定性和抗变形能力尤为重要。利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对Matrix502和Colas两种沥青胶结料老化前后进行温度扫描试验,通过对试验结果的分析,两种沥青的应力松弛能力和抵抗高温变形的能力都比较突出,其分析结果可供相关研究人员参考。
As a new type of bridge expansion joint,seamless expansion joint has attracted more and more attention because of its good integrity and driving comfort.The performance of seamless expansion joint is closely related to the cementing agent used.In order to meet the requirements of expansion amount,the asphalt content of seamless expansion joint asphalt concrete is much larger than that of ordinary asphalt concrete,so the stability and deformation resistance of asphalt cementing agent at high temperature are particularly important.The temperature scanning test is performed for two kinds of asphalt cementing agents like Matrix502 and Colas before and after aging by utilizing the dynamic shear rheometer(DSR).Through the analysis on the test results,the stress relaxation ability and resistance to high temperature deformation of the two kinds of asphalt are outstanding,and the analysis results can be used as reference for relevant researchers.
