波纹钢腹板组合箱梁桥内衬混凝土布设参数研究 被引量:3

摘要 以一座跨度为(60+2×100+60)m的组合连续刚构桥为工程背景,通过理论计算和有限元分析研究了箱型截面波形钢腹板组合梁桥内衬混凝土布设形式对结构受力性能的影响。结果表明,组合腹板内的两种材料共同承担剪力;对内衬混凝土的设置厚度取30~70cm最为合理;通过讨论“内衬混凝土设置区间相同,内衬厚度的布置方式不同”与“内衬厚度的布置方式相同,内衬混凝土的设置区间不同”两个问题,在多模型的对比计算中归纳出内衬厚度线性变化的布置方式较内衬厚度保持不变的布置方式更优以及内衬设置区间为覆盖负弯矩区范围的一半时最佳。 In this paper,a composite continuous rigid frame bridge with a span of(60+2×100+60)m is taken as the engineering background.Through the theoretical calculation and the finite element analysis,the mechanical behavior influences from the layout of concrete lining in the composite box girder bridges with corrugated steel web to the structures are studied.The results show that the shear forces are shared by the two materials in the composite web.It is reasonable to set the thickness of concrete lining in a range of 30~70cm.Through the discussion of"the same design section but different design thickness with the concrete lining"and"the same thickness but different sections of concrete lining",we can summarize from the comparative calculation that the thickness of the lining arranging linearly is better than keeping constant and it’s optimal if the setting range is half of the range of the negative bending moment.
