摘要
沥青混合料升温快慢与混合料热阻性能有直接关系,为了更有效地解决沥青路面升温问题,对混合料热阻性能进行了相关试验研究,通过测试混合料比热容和导热系数,分析沥青种类、集料种类、空隙率大小及级配类型对混合料热阻性能的影响。结果表明,SBS1-C改性沥青热阻性能优于壳牌70#基质沥青和SK90#基质沥青,辉绿岩热阻性能优于石灰岩、闪长岩和花岗岩,OGFC-10热阻性能优于AC-10和SMA-10,空隙率大的混合料热阻性能更好。
The temperature rise speed of asphalt mixture is directly related to the thermal resistance performance of the mixture.In order to solve the temperature rise problem of asphalt pavement more effectively,the relevant experimental research on the thermal resistance performance of asphalt mixture is carried out.The influence of asphalt type,aggregate type,porosity and gradation type on the thermal resistance performance of the mixture is analyzed by testing the specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the mixture.The results show that,the thermal resistance performance of SBS1-C modified asphalt is better than that of Shell 70# base asphalt and SK90# base asphalt,the thermal resistance performance of diabase is better than that of limestone,diorite and granite,the thermal resistance performance of OGFC-10 is better than that of AC-10 and SMA-10,and the thermal resistance performance of the mixture with large porosity is better.
