随着工业的迅速发展,废水的种类和数量迅猛增加,对水体的污染也日趋严重,威胁人类的健康和安全。论述了工业废水对环境的污染和人类健康造成的危害,介绍了工业废水的分类,阐述了产生工业废水违法直排的原因及其途径,提出了工业废水排放有效治理的方法和措施,同时指出了工业废水违法直排的处理对策。

Along with the rapid development of the industry,the wastewater which is harmful to the water resource and the human beings,has become a severe problem.The harm of the industrial wastewater to the environment and the human beings was illustrated.The classification and the illegal discharge of the wastewater were introduced.Moreover,the corresponding management methods and treatment measures were proposed.The treatment countermeasure of illegal direct discharge of the industrial wastewater was pointed out.
