以前馈控制为基础的安全管理对白内障连台手术患者的影响

Effects of feedforward control-based safety management on cataract patients undergoing continuous cataract surgery

目的探讨以前馈控制为基础的安全管理对白内障连台手术患者的影响。方法2019年1月至2020年1月济南市第二人民医院收治的白内障连台手术患者284例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组,各142例。参照组给予常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上给予以前馈控制为基础的安全管理。比较两组患者护理后的护理安全隐患、危险事件的发生率、护理安全质量、患者对护理的满意度的影响。结果实施以前馈控制为基础的安全管理后,研究组患者的护理安全隐患发生率显著少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的危险事件发生率显著低于参照组,护理安全质量显著优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组患者对护理的满意度显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以前馈控制为基础的安全管理应用于白内障连台手术患者护理中,可显著改善其护理安全隐患,减少危险事件发生情况,优化护理安全质量,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of feedforward control-based safety management on cataract patients undergoing continuous cataract surgery.Methods A total of 284 patients with cataract surgery admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Jinan City from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into study group and reference group by random number table method,with 142 patients in each group.The reference group was given routine care,while the study group was given safety management based on feedforward control on the basis of the reference group.The influence of nursing safety risks,the incidence of dangerous events,nursing safety quality and patients'satisfaction with nursing after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of safety management based on feedforward control,the incidence of nursing safety risks in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dangerous events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the quality of nursing safety in the study group was significantly better than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The safety management based on feedforward control can significantly improve the hidden danger of nursing safety,reduce the occurrence of dangerous events,optimize the quality of nursing safety,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
