应用微信小程序"天使排班"对护理人员满意度的影响

The effect of WeChat applet"Angel Scheduling"on nursing staffs'satisfaction

目的探讨应用微信小程序"天使排班"对护理人员满意度的影响。方法便利抽样选取解放军第922医院4个病区43名护士为研究对象,2019年4月1日开始应用微信小程序"天使排班",2019年4月1日至2019年6月30日(实施后)、2019年1月1日至2019年3月31日(实施前)分别对护士采用自行设计满意度调查表和护理团队工作积极性调查表进行调查。比较应用"天使排班"前后护士满意度和工作积极性。结果应用微信小程序"天使排班"后安排班次的合理性、调班的灵活性或弹性、满足意向排班、工作量适中、班次安排的自主性方面明显优于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),应用前后能级结构搭配合理性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。应用微信"天使排班"后喜欢工作安排、发挥技能特长、感到工作范围融洽、精力充沛、热情主动关心患者、做好医护配合、团队协作、工作态度认真、主动提出建议、收入劳动匹配等方面明显优于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用微信小程序"天使排班"可以提高护士满意度和促进护理团队工作积极性,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of WeChat small program"Angel Schedules"on nursing staffs'satis-faction.Methods Forty-three nurses from four wards of the No.922 Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army(PLA)were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling.The WeChat small program"Angel Schedulet"was applied in April 2019.Before and after the application of"Angel Schedulet",the self-designed satisfaction questionnaire and the working enthusiasm questionnaire of the nursing team were used to investigate the nurses.The satisfaction and work enthusiasm of nurses were compared before and after the application of"Angel Scheduling".Results After the application of WeChat small program"Angel Scheduling",the rationality of shift arrangement,flexibility or flexibility of shift shift,satisfaction of intention shift arrangement,moderate workload,and autonomy of shift arrangement were significantly better than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the rationality of collocation of energy level structure before and after application(P>0.05).After the application of WeChat"Angel Schedules",the results were significantly better than those before,such as liking work arrangement,giving full play to skills,feeling harmonious working range,energetic,enthusiastic and active care for patients,good medical cooperation,team cooperation,serious working attitude,taking the initiative to put forward suggestions,income and labor matching,etc.,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The application of WeChat small program"Angel Schedules"can improve the nurse satisfaction and promote the work enthusiasm of the nursing team,improve the quality of nursing.
