原发性肝癌患者围术期运动康复护理路径

Discussion on perioperative exercise rehabilitation nursing path for patients with primary liver cancer

目的探讨原发性肝癌患者围术期运动康复护理路径。方法选取该院2018年1月至2019年1月94例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,将患者按随机数表法分为观察组(47例,采取围术期运动康复护理路径干预)与对照组(47例,采取常规围术期护理)。比较两组术后康复指标(首次排气时间、首次排便时间、腹腔引流管带管日、术后住院时间)及疼痛程度,采用6 min步行测试距离、术后呼吸困难评分(Borg评分)评估身体活动能力指标。结果观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、腹腔引流管带管日、术后住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2 d、3 d疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后5 d、7 d Borg评分低于对照组,6-MWT高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌患者围术期运动康复护理可促进患者术后恢复,有利于降低切口疼痛程度,恢复身体活动能力。

Objective To explore the nursing pathway of perioperative exercise rehabilitation for patients with primary liver cancer.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,94 patients with primary liver cancer were enrolled in this hospital.The patients were divided into observation group(47 cases were given perioperative rehabilitation nursing pathway)and control group(47 cases were given routine perioperative nursing).Rehabilitation indexes(first exhaust time,first defecation time,abdominal drainage tube days,hospital stay)and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Six-minute walking test distance and postoperative dyspnea score were used to evaluate the physical activity index.Results The first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the day of abdominal drainage tube and the hospital stay after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 2 and 3 days after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Borg score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 5 and 7 days after surgery,and the 6-MWT of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Perioperative exercise rehabilitation nursing for patients with primary liver cancer can promote postoperative recovery,reduce the degree of incision pain,and restore physical activity.
