以"双环学习"理念为指导的护理干预对早发型重度子痫前期患者妊娠结局的影响 被引量:8

Effect of nursing intervention guided by the concept of"double loop learning"on pregnancy outcome in patients with early onset severe preeclampsia

摘要 目的探讨以"双环学习"理念为指导的护理干预对早发型重度子痫前期患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取郑州市第一人民医院2018年3月至2019年2月诊治的早发型重度子痫前期患者146例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组73例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用以"双环学习"理念为指导的护理干预。观察并比较两组患者护理干预前、后抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、孕妇并发症、分娩情况、胎儿及新生儿并发症、护理满意度。结果护理干预前两组SDS、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后两组SDS、SAS评分显著降低,并且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇并发症发生率、剖宫产率均低于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组生产孕周显著大于对照组,胎儿及新生儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以"双环学习"理念为指导的护理干预对早发型重度子痫前期患者妊娠结局具有积极影响,有利于获得良好的母婴预后,提高护理满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention guided by the concept of"double loop learning"on pregnancy outcome in patients with early onset severe preeclampsia.Methods A total of 146 patients with early onset severe preeclampsia diagnosed and treated in the First People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 73 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention guided by the concept of"double loop learning".The scores of SDS and SAS before and after nursing intervention,maternal complications,delivery,fetal and neonatal complications and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and cesarean section of pregnant women in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but the differences between groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The gestational age of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of fetal and neonatal complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention guided by the concept of"double loop learning"has a positive effect on the pregnancy outcome of patients with early onset severe preeclampsia,it is beneficial to obtain a good maternal and child prognosis and improve nursing satisfaction.
