血管外科实验研究常用动物模型的应用

Application of animal models in basic research of vascular surgery

摘要 下肢动脉狭窄闭塞、动脉血管再狭窄、腹主动脉瘤是血管外科常见疾病,选取和建立适当的动物模型对于探明其病因、发病机制及防治具有重要的意义。本文总结了国内外常用下肢缺血模型、支架内再狭窄模型、腹主动脉瘤模型的制备方法及评价体系,并结合本中心经验,为后续研究选择适当的动物模型提供一定依据。 Arterial stenosis and occlusion of lower extremities,arterial restenosis,and abdominal aortic aneurysm are common diseases in vascular surgery.The selection and establishment of appropriate animal models are of great significance for the investigation of their etiology,pathogenesis and prevention.This article summarizes the establishment and evaluation of commonly used lower limb ischemia models,in-stent restenosis models,and abdominal aortic aneurysm models at home and abroad,combined with the experience of our center,to provide a basis for selection of appropriate animal models.
