摘要
目的探讨X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)和B7-H4在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2016年1月至2020年11月烟台市烟台山医院和烟台毓璜顶医院经病理确诊的胰腺癌组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测72例胰腺癌组织和24例癌旁组织中XIAP和B7-H4表达,结合临床资料进行χ2检验统计学分析。结果 XIAP在胰腺癌组织表达率为81.95%(59/72)、癌旁组织XIAP表达率16.67%(4/24),两者差异有统计学意义(χ2= 34.001,P<0.01),XIAP表达水平与胰腺癌组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(χ2=5.426、5.615、5.091,P<0.05)。B7-H4在胰腺癌组织表达率为90.28%(65/72)、癌旁组织B7-H4表达率37.50%(9/24),两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.383,P<0.01),B7-H4表达水平与胰腺癌肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(χ2=6.190、4.610、4.273,P<0.05)。结论 XIAP和B7-H4高表达与胰腺癌的侵袭和发展有关,联合检测XIAP和B7-H4的表达有助于解胰腺癌的生物学行为和判断预后。
Objective To investigate the expression of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP)and B7-H4 in pancreatic cancer and their clinical significance.Methods Pancreatic cancer tissues pathologically confirmed from January 2016 to November 2020 on Yantai Mountain Hospital and Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital were collected.Immunohistochemistry was used to assess the expression of XIAP and B7-H4 in 72 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and 24 cases of non-cancerous adjacent pancreatic tissues.The statistical analysis of Chi-square test in combination with clinical data was carried out.Results XIAP expression rate in pancreatic cancer tissues and the non-cancerous adjacent pancreatic tissues was 81.95%(59/72)and 16.67%(4/24)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=34.001,P<0.01).The expression levels of XIAP were related pancreatic cancer to histology grade,tumor node metastasis stage(TNM stage)and lymph node metastasis(χ2=5.426,5.615,5.091,P<0.05).The B7-H4 expression rate in pancreatic cancer tissues and the non-cancerous adjacent pancreatic tissues was 90.28%(65/72)and 37.50%(9/24)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=28.383,P<0.01).The expression of B7-H4 was related pancreatic cancer to tumor size,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(χ2=6.190,4.610,4.273,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The overexpression of XIAP and B7-H4 is closely related to the invasion and growth of pancreatic cancer.The combined detection of XIAP and B7-H4 may be of value in further understanding the biological behavior and predicting the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
