摘要
海藻酸盐因其具备优异的生物学特性,以及特有的离子凝胶能力,人们已制备了多种海藻酸类生物墨水,广泛应用于组织工程领域。鉴于此,本文将综述海藻酸类水凝胶在3D生物打印中最新的研究进展,总结了其调整和优化方案,以及在骨科中的应用,并对此类水凝胶的发展前景进行了展望。
Because of its excellent biological characteristics and unique ionic gel ability,a variety of alginate biological inks have been prepared and widely used in the field of tissue engineering.In view of this,this paper reviews the latest research progress of alginate hydrogels in 3D biological printing,summarizes its adjustment and optimization scheme,as well as its application in orthopaedics,and looks forward to the development prospect of this kind of hydrogels.
