一种由代数螺线构成的变截面涡旋机械 被引量:5

摘要 通过将渐变壁厚涡旋模型和变截面涡旋模型相结合,尝试建立一种兼顾两者优点的变截面涡旋模型.给出不同极径的代数螺线相互替代的充要条件,阐述建立基线的基本条件,论述型线的生成方法,推导出型线的一般方程,建立一种由代数螺线组成的新型变截面涡旋机械.给出建立几何模型的快捷方法,根据不同的要求可以快速建立一系列代数螺线变截面涡旋模型,减少建立变截面涡旋模型的计算量.研究结果表明:在相同极径、终端展角、偏心距和齿高的情况下,新型代数螺线变截面涡旋模型的排气量比圆渐开线等壁厚涡旋模型提高了21%,且以较少圈数即可实现高压缩比. By combining the gradually variable thickness scroll model and the variable cross-section scroll model,a variable crosssection scroll model considering the advantages of the two models was attempted to establish. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the substitution of algebraic spirals with different polar diameters were given, the basic condition for establishing baseline was described,the generating method of profile was discussed,and the general equation of profile was derived.A new variable cross-section scroll machine composed of algebraic spiral was established. A quick way to establish the geometric model was given. According to different requirements, a series of algebraic spiral variable cross-section scroll models could be quickly established to reduce the amount of computation of establishing variable cross-section scroll models. Research results show that under the same polar diameter, terminal spread angle, eccentricity and tooth height, the exhaust volume of the new algebraic spiral variable cross-section scroll model is 21% higher than that of the circular involute equal wall thickness scroll model,and the high compression ratio can be achieved with a small number of turns.
