摘要
采用液相还原法制备纳米铜粉,在液相中用KBH4还原CuSO4。利用XRD和SEM表征粉末的物相和形貌。结果表明:通过调整反应物的加入量和钝化处理可消除Cu2O杂质,铜离子的最佳浓度为0.08 mol/L,最佳反应温度为40℃,采用PVP为分散剂。铜粉颗粒无杂质且为近球形,平均粒径为20 nm。
The nanometer copper powder was prepared by liquid phase reduction method, that is, KBH4 can be used to reduce CuSO4 in liquid phase. The phase and morphology of the powder were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results shows that Cu2O impurities can be eliminated by adjusting the dosage of reactants and passivation treatment, the best concentration of copper ion is 0.08 mol/L, the best reaction temperature is 40 ℃, and PVP is used as dispersing agent. The copper powder particles are nearly spherical with no impurities and the average particle size is 20 nm.
