摘要 以某活塞生产厂家的电磁感应活塞热疲劳实验平台为对象,基于磁-热耦合有限元模拟了活塞受热过程,计算出了实验平台中活塞的温度历程,实测了活塞的温度历程曲线。实验结果与模拟结果吻合良好,验证了所开发的数值计算的可靠性,为活塞的热疲劳寿命评估提供了有力工具。 Thermal heating process of the piston was simulated based on magneto-thermal coupling taking apiston manufacturer’s electromagnetic induction piston thermal fatigue test platform as object. The temperature history of the piston in the experimental platform was calculated and the temperature history curve of the piston was measured. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results, which can verify the reliability of the developed numerical calculation and provide a powerful tool for the thermal fatigue life assessment of the piston.
